Insurance: As a psychologist, I no longer take insurance from Blue Cross or Cigna.  I am an Out of Network Provider for most PPO Insurance.  If you choose to use your insurance with me as an Out of Network provider, you may be expected to pay the full fee until you meet your deductible. I am happy to submit insurance claims for you.  

If you want to use insurance, please call your insurance company's behavioral health unit before our first session and ask the following questions:

• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible for and Out Of Network Behavioral Health provider and has it been met?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

For Executive Coaching: You will be sent an invoice monthly for services rendered.
